Xinhai Chemical Group organized the 9th volunteer firefighter skills competition
In order to further strengthen the safety awareness of all staff and enhance the emergency response capability of personnel in various workshop departments and offices, on the morning of June 22, Xinhai Chemical Group's "9th Volunteer Firefighter Skills Competition" was held in the square of the fire command center. Vice President Tan Junjie, Supervisor Chairman Wang Zhiquan, Deputy General Manager Xu Weijing and Assistant General Manager Xu Hao attended the event.
With the announcement of the official start of the competition, the skills competition officially kicked off. The competition is divided into wearing air respirator, connecting three water belts, shooting with water, carrying simulated sand, CPR rescue and other links. 76 people from 19 teams from various workshop departments and offices compete on the same field and catch up with each other. The players were calm and coordinated, and the competition was full of highlights. After intense competition, the finished product workshop won the first prize, the Aokai oil workshop and the first hydrogenation workshop won the second prize, and the sulfur workshop, the storage and transportation workshop and the third hydrogenation workshop won the third prize.
Before the start of the competition, Wang Zhiquan, chairman of the supervisor, delivered an opening speech. He stressed that the correct and skilled use of fire fighting equipment and the mastery of fire safety knowledge are the necessary qualities for employees of petrochemical enterprises, and all cadres and employees must strengthen their safety awareness and build a strong line of defense. Workshop representative Tifei made a speech and made a firm commitment to learning fire knowledge and strengthening safety awareness.
This activity closely follows the theme of the safety production month activity of "everyone stresses safety, everyone will respond to emergencies-smooth passage of life", and implements the safety concept of "I am responsible for my safety, I am responsible for the safety of others, and I am responsible for the safety of the enterprise", which further improves the safety prevention and control ability of all staff and lays a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.
