Safety bulletin

Control measures have been developed for the risk factors in the area of our company. To ensure your personal safety and health, please cooperate with us and pay attention to the following matters:

1. Please take the initiative to cooperate with the security personnel when entering or leaving the factory; Registration is required when visiting important posts.

2. Before entering the production workshop, you should wear a helmet. When visiting, you should take a safe passage. Without confirmation, you should not touch or use production facilities and equipment.

3. When entering the plant area, please pay attention to the traffic, do not walk or stay along the railway, do not cross the crossing and step on the flowers and trees in the plant area.

4. Please do not smoke in the fire forbidden area. Please store lighters and other kindling materials in the registration office. Vehicles should wear fire caps. It is forbidden to enter the gas area without monitoring or supervision.

5. Do not take photos or videos on the production site without permission. Do not enter the main control room of the production process without Xinhai's relevant personnel.

6. Please do not panic in case of an accident. Please follow the instructions of our staff, and we will ensure your safety.

Emergency plan for visitors

1. Scope of application: All visitors to Xinhai Holding.

2. Possible accidents in the factory: fire accident, explosion accident, poisoning accident, high temperature burn accident, object strike accident, mechanical injury accident.

3. Emergency principle: visitors shall evacuate the accident site immediately.

4. Immediate emergency rescue organization:

Group leader: General Manager, Secretary of the Party Committee

Vice group leader: Executive Vice President, Vice President, Vice General Manager

Members: heads of departments and emergency rescue team members of the company

5. Emergency response

① After the accident or when there are signs of accident, the on-site accompanying personnel shall immediately organize the visitors to leave the site, and the visitors and accompanying personnel shall not participate in the rescue and relief.

② When evacuating to the emergency evacuation assembly area, the on-site accompanying personnel shall count the number of people. If the number of people is incorrect, they shall immediately report to the leader of the emergency rescue team, who shall organize rescue according to the corresponding accident emergency plan of the company.

③ The on-site accompanying personnel shall take the visitors away from the dangerous area and properly arrange them.
